Due to the focus on IT Risk management and the need for increased internal and external assessment requirements...our client has created this position...for their Wealth Management Americas [WMA] group.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Lead strategic work plan on all IT Risk items and work closely with IT Risk partners, Global Technology, and WMA IT partners to proactively and reactively remediate Risk exposure within WMA IT.

* Lead, drive and design sustainable Risk and control project deliverables for WMA IT in order to deliver timely, successful cross-functional solutions in response to Group Technology mandates

* Management of internal control assessments aimed to identify potential material operational Risk exposure

* Implement and drive to completion sustainable remediation plans as a result of ongoing assessments

* Analyze evidence packages to ensure quality and completeness and that controls are solved correctly as a sustainable control

* Design and drive sustainable improvements to the control environment

* Drive program governance for funding for all Risk program charters; execute program and project management control; meet all deadlines for delivery; evidence completion of work; coordinate and own communication with global and internal partners

* Lead communication to senior management on all assessment reporting and report out to executive management and IT Risk organization partners

* Design, structure and lead effective self-audit reviews and ensure proper identification and closure of Risk items identified; ensure that quality evidence of controls exist and are documented on a quarterly basis

* Lead and drive the role of subject matter expert for the execution of regular and detailed ICAP controls across all critical applications; demonstrated knowledge in leading discussions of technology compliance, finance and Risk issues

* Lead and drive communication/interface with internal (Group Internal Audit); external audits (Financial, SOX, IT and Regulatory audit partners); and regulators in conjunction with Senior management, Application Development leads and Stream Risk Managers to ensure delivery of quality evidence requests, monitor audit scope, provide SMEs for facilitating technical discussions of application controls, manage discussions of potential audit findings and communicate final results to senior leadership

* Drive increased transparency, accountability and continual improvement of IT Risk work plans

* Work closely with centralized/Global IT Risk organization to deliver meaningful and action oriented reporting across WMA IT

* Monitor timely adherence to Risk related action plans and deliverables in order to meet all deadlines and deliverables for WMA IT Risk portfolio

* Focus on proactive identification of Risk exposures across WMA IT

* Provide SME to vendor Risk management and information security technology to lead policy adherence for compliance monitoring efforts; lead investigation of potential security breaches and finalize assessments/actions for immediate Risk reduction

Requirements:

* Minimum 8-10 years of Risk management experience; understanding of IT SOX Compliance, IT Audit, IT Risk and IT Security, Technology Risk, ITIL controls, IT Dependent manual controls, change and access management, financial market industry and compliance protocols, external audit and regulatory controls.

* Minimum 8-10 years of experience with IT Risk and its relevance/impact to the wealth management business

* Experience being hands-on "delve into the details" work, as well as strong skill sets in strategic analysis, and technical expertise

* Practical experience with coding

* Ability to interpret regulations, policies, standards, procedures and offer guidance with the judgment to escalate and communicate more complex issues as needed.

Description

Mandatory:

Business Systems Analyst is a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual
who provides Digital CoE with business and system analysis support for a
digital platform with focus on web content management, website search,
web analytics and reporting, digital marketing tools such as content
optimization and targeting and integration. The candidate is expected to
be familiar with emerging trends in mobile and multi-channel
applications integrated with social web sites and backend transactional
systems.
• Works across global delivery partner, digital marketing, business,
technology and quality assurance teams to design and specify large scale
complex business solutions.
• Gathers and produces detailed functional requirements documents,
including non-functional requirements, information and data flows.
• Leads, conducts and facilitates meetings with business and technology
personnel as well as directs solution to system and business problems,
and performs gap analysis as needed.
• Documents functional specifications, system procedures and manuals
that include flowcharts, workflows, integration specification and
provides training as needed.
• Independently conducts studies of new and emerging technologies, and
presents research and recommendations of changes to stakeholders.
Required Skills: -
• Excellent communication skills and strong aptitude to understand
business functions and effectively communicates technical issues in
non-technical terms to the business unit. Strong results orientation.
Proficiency in problem solving and organizational agility.
• Mastery of SDLC processes and best practices around IT controls with
respect to security and compliance.
• Knowledge and experience with business and system analysis tools.
• Hands-on working knowledge and expertise in web content management
solutions like Adobe and SDL, web search, web analytics and reporting,
content optimization, content targeting, search engine optimization and
search engine marketing is required. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS,
XML, XSL and XSLT and familiarity with internet standards and global
regulations is desired.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in mobile, social/collaboration,
brand and relationship management is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital applications like eCommerce and assisted
sales channel transactions is preferred.
Qualifications: -
• Graduate Degree.
• 7+ years of total experience in information technology, preferably web
technologies
• 5+ years of solid experience in digital marketing technologies.
